In 9 min Gavin runs =1 Mile
in 1 min Gavin runs =1/9 Mile
so in 10 min Gavin runs =1/9*10=10/9 or 1.11 M
now Lars runs 1 M in =7 min
so for 1.11M he will take =7*1.11= 7.77 min or 8 min 17 sec
