Gandhi’s position on religion and politics was very clear - he believed in Sarva Dharma Sambhaav which can be termed as secularism. No preference to any religion, no prejudice and bias towards any religion. He was secular to the core.
He believed in goodness of humanity and was of the strong opinion that selfless love and devotion can conquer any obstacle in the form of religious difference.
