The speech on the topic, of Alcoholism, and Drug Abuse is given below,

  • Speech is a source to convey a message or thought among the people.
  • Speech writing does the same work but it should be done with proper grammar.

Alcoholism, and Drug Abuse

Very good morning to one and all present here.

Do you know according to the data of 2018 every individual 15 years and above, worldwide, consumed around 6.2 liters of pure alcohol every day? And do you know that around 5% of the people aged from 15 years to 64 years have consumed drugs at least once in their lifetime?

The whole world is under a blanket of darkness.

Alcohol and drugs do not affect the health of an individual but also affect loved and dear ones. It is very unhealthy to consume drugs and alcohol.

There are several reasons that people get into such storms. Health issues, family and relationship problems, work pressure, financial issues, failures in life, and several issues in schools and colleges strive the use of drugs and alcohol. People don't have an idea what they are doing and cause the biggest problem in their lives. Most students to get relief from tensions in their life start consuming drugs and alcohol. This decision causes them a lifelong problem. If this continues, the dream of the Father of the Nation of drug-free India will remain a dream.

Other points that can be included:

  • Methods to stop using drugs/alcohol.
  • Methods for preventing oneself from such things
  • Measures that were taken by the government
  • Comparison of data from the last few years.
