Heya...Empress Here...

Here you go ...

• India, under the reign of British, trapped and punished for no reasons, many dead and an great empire reduced to rubble, No rights and laws for the natives, yet you never lost hope. I embrace and salute you Mahatma Gandhi, our baapu, father of nation, the one who showed us the way, one who enlightened us, one who enchanted us with his words. I bow against you and speak to you, "Baapu, all of your sentences, even the words, have inspired me to help, to care, to love and to protect my nation. Thank you so much."

• "The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others."

As we all know that today, our country is mostly filled with people those are fuelled with selfish motives, desires, anger, violence and all but some still because of this saying of yours, have changed, themselves as well as the nation. There are not much followers now, still there is hope that our nation will face a Bright Fate instead of a dark one and the task had already begun. People had started caring for others, loving each other, social disparities are reducing, gender equality had experienced growth and the path of doomed destiny is vanished. Only if we continue to follow you, we will be happy forever.

• "Be the change you want to see in the world."

This one is the one with the greatest of them all. In our India, people don't want to lead, they want to follow others. They're waiting for others to change saying that they'll follow them eventually which isn't right. If we want to face happy times and nicer moments, we'll have to change ourselves first by no wasting time waiting for others to change. If we want kindness we'll have to be kind, loving for the love, and happy for the happiness in the world.

• "There are people in the world so hungry, that God cannot appear to them except in the form of bread."

The world's greatest problem, hunger. It is really a grave thing. People die starving, they kill, steal and do crimes for food. As you said, bread is now the God for them, it may be true.
We must help them before it's too late. We can't let them die, increasing in number every second. They are our people, our responsibility. We must give them a hand and so, if done, our nation will never ever have to fight against sadness, depression, hunger, crimes and selfishness, most probably....

Gandhi was a visionary. He not only fought for India’s freedom, incorporating his principle of Non-Violence, but also wanted India to rid itself from its internal evils.

For this, he wrote an 18-point Constructive Programme where he enlisted the steps India had to take to achieve Poorna Swaraj or Complete Independence.

Many of the points are still relevant, even today, after 70 years of Independence. This is one point I am most inspired by. At Indian Political Action Committee, we are paying tribute to Gandhi on the eve of his 150th Birth Anniversary and want to resurrect the conversation around the Programme to set the nations agenda for the upcoming General Elections in 2019.
