Sir,
With due respect I beg to state that I am a student of class V in your school. My father is a government employee. Recently, he has been transfered to Florida from Chicago. Our family will soon shift there. Besides,I have no relation in Chicago. My father does not want to leave me alone here. So it is impossible for me to continue my study in your school for which I am badly in need of a transfer certificate.
In the circumstances stated above, I pray and hope that your honour would be kind enough to issue me a transfer certificate and oblige thereby.
