Heya,

Bohr's orbit for a orbit n of element having atomic number z is given by :- ( in angstrom)

 \frac{0.529 {n}^{2} }{z}

For He, z = 2,

for n = 3

 \frac{.529 \times 9}{2}  \\  \\ for \: n = 5 \\  \\  \frac{.529 \times 25}{2}  \\  \\ hence \: gap =  \frac{0.529( \frac{25}{2}  -  \frac{9}{2}) }{}  \\  \\  =  0.529 \times 8 \\  =  4.232 \: angstrom
