Bcoz sometime they find a rupee and sometime a silver coin in the garbage, which increase their hole of getting more.

yes ..even garbage is like gold for them because they earn their livelihood by that only .

by collecting and selling the Rag only they can earn their living..they are fully dependent on the rags and then segregate it and trade it

also some time by chance by luck take get some valuable things in the Rag ..
