Given,

Amount of money Garima deposited = 12000

Time = 3 years

Rate = 6%

SI = P × R × T /100

=> 12000×6×3 /100

=> 120×18

=> 2160

Amount of money Garima will get is (12000+2160) = 14160

Principal= Rs 12,000

Rate of interest= 6% p.a.

Time= 3year

Therefore, SI=P*R*T/100

=Rs 12,000*6*3/100

=Rs120*6*3

=Rs216

I hope this answer will help you.
