Garlic, cloves ,onion etc should be cooked 10 minutes after chopping . Give reason for your answer.

Because crush,chop or mince garlic and keep it away from heat for 10 minutes. During this time the maximum allicin is created and stay intact during cooking you can then fry,saute, bake to your hearts content and still get all it’s medicine.
