Gas at a temperature of 350 oC has its volume reduced by two thirds in a constant pressure process. Calculate the final temperature of the gas.​

Answer:

From PV = nRT

V1/T1 = V2/T2 (as P is constant)

Let Initial Volume be V and final be 2/3 V

So, V/ 350° = 2V/3× T

T = 2/3 × 350 = 233.33°C
