AHMEDABAD: Police booked Rajesh Koradia, owner of Mayur Bhajiya house for negligence, as he had not taken required fire safety measures before using a commercial gas cylinder on Dussehra at his shop. He has been booked under section 336,338 and 285 of IPC for his act of negligence. Inspector CL Solanki of Naranpura police station they have booked Koradia on the basis of a complaint lodged by Ramu Patni, who was injured in his right hand due to the gas cylinder blast. Patni has stated in his complaint that he is an auto driver, and on Dussehra, he had gone to open his wife's coconut stall at Ankur Crossroads. "At noon, he had gone to get some fafda jalebi and was standing in que in the makeshift tent erected by Koradia outside his shop.
