Final Volume (V') = Initial Volume*4/5 = 4V/5.

We know that,

Boyle's law states that at constant temperature, the pressure of a gas is inversely proportional to its Volume.

→ P \:  \alpha  \frac{1}{V} \\\\

(or)

PV = K (Constant)

(or)

P*V = P' * V'

→ (700)(250) = P' (4V/5)

→ (700)(250)(5/4*250) = P'.

875 = P'

Therefore, the Pressure needed is 875 mm Hg.
