POPULATION AS HUMAN RESOURCES

It is well understood that humans have the ability to transform any natural resource into something useful and they can also work as a source of energy for the world.

In order to attain that USA, RUSSIA, GERMANY, JAPAN, AND INDIA have educated their population which is the most important step to achieve that. They have also trained their population in different fields that prove useful to the development of the country. It is the skills of a person that makes their work turn something useless into productive and useful. This is why education is the first step to make the population into human resources.

July 11 is World Population Day. Every year, the United Nations and the world celebrate this day through various events to create awareness among the people about the population.

Even if the population of the country is large, there is no problem if that population is skilled or it is possible to develop them as skilled. So we have to focus on building our population as efficient. Only then can we turn our huge population into 'human resources'.
