Gaurav’s bank balance was Rs.2000. In a month he deposited Rs.300, Rs.75 and Rs.450 and issued cheques worth Rs.700 and Rs.1250. Find the balance in Gaurav’s account at the end of the month.Please explain it!

Here is ur answer mate.

Bank balance at beginning = 2000 Rs.

After depositing money , new balance = 2000 + 300 + 75 + 450 = 2825 Rs.

After withdrawing cheques = 2825 - ( 700 + 1250 )

= 2825 - 1950

= 875 Rs.

Therefore his balance at the end of the month is Rs. 875.
