Gauss’s theory of magnetism is proof that magnets will always have two poles – North and South.

In other words, it states that magnetic monopoles do not exist. Magnetic monopoles are magnets with the same pole on either end (North pole and North pole or South pole and South pole).

Johan Carl Friedrich Gauss (1777 – 1855) was a German mathematician and scientist.
