let the no of pages be x
then, x/4+x/5+x/6+4x/15+28 = X
(15x+12x+10x+16x)/60 -x = -28
53x/60 - x = -28
(53x - 60x )/60 = -28
13 x/60 = 28
x = 28*60/13 = 34
