● Some of the cindarians exhibit 2 basic bodies forms called polyp and medusa

- Body is soft, transparent, hollow, sac-like, with only one opening at the upper end, the mouth.
- The mouth is surrounded by finger-like projections called tentacles for catching food (prey).
