▶Generally, on heating density of the liquid will increased, because the mass of the rod stays the same but its volume increases.

============================⤵

❖ Liquids have lesser density than solids.

❖ The density of a liquid is usually close to that of a solid & much higher than in a gas.

❖ In solids, the molecules are very closely arrange, hence having less intermolecular space & strong intermolecular forces.
