Generally oxygen diffuses from blood to the body cells and carbon dioxide from cells to blood why? Please give it in easy way

  1. Diffusion always occur from high conc to low conc

As we know cell use O2 and produces CO2

So they have excess of CO2

While blood picks up O2 from lungs and leave CO 2 there so they have excess of O 2 in comparison of tissue cells

So the diffusion occurs.. And then there is tranfer of gases.

The body cells need O2 for working so they take up the O2 from blood whereas CO2 is not required by body cells so they pass on CO2 to blood for oxygenation
