Generally what will happen if Non-metals reacts with Nitric Acid? ​

Answer:

Most non metals do not react with acids. Some of non metal like Sulphur reacts with concentrated Nitric acid to form Sulphur dioxide (SO2), Nitrogen dioxide (NO2) and water. In this reaction concentrated Nitric acid has been used.
