When trying to explain this Noise be aware that the ignorant, be them experts, professionals or not, the noise is incorrectly defined if it is described as just a sound. Music is sound that we can hear is a sound. This is a noise from hell, manmade, radio frequency signals that are leaking into our air causing them to bounce,reflect, enabling them to be heard in the human hearing range.
