Let the lines be A and B,where A = a1x +b1y = c
and B =a2x + b2y =cTherefore if these lines need to intersect each other,then there can be 2 conditions for itCase1: a1/a2 is not equal to b1/b2
Case 2: a1/a2=b1/b2= c1/c2
