Geoff has been given three points A, B, and C that are not on a line and he is trying to construct a circle that passes through all of the three points. So far he has created two line segments, AB and BC and found the perpendicular bisector of both segments. What step should he do next?

The point where the perpendicular bisectors meet is the center of the circle. From the center, he should draw a circle such that radius of circle equals distance from center to point B.
