The present research work focuses on the influence of rainfall on crop production in Maharashtra. The data of rainfall and crop production, crop productivity is used. The statistical methods like Mean, Standard Deviation and Coefficient of variation and Pearson's Correlation methods are used for statistical measures. The Precipitation Concentration Index is used for understanding of rainfall variability. Production of maize is having very high range from 832kg/hec. to 3541kg/hec. in kharif season The study reveals that there is positive correlation in rainfall and jowar, and wheat crop in kharif and rabbi season. In summer season the rice and maize crops per hector production and rainfall relationship found negatively but positive in kharif and rabbi season.
