1)   soil is considered as a living system because soil is of immense value to the farmer and agricultural production is mainly dependent Upon The fertility of soil agriculture will be multifold and in a great amount when the soil fertile and deep but in contrast the soil is thin and Shallow as well as lakes of fertility agriculture will be less so soil supports the lines system of our planet

2)   land is considered one of the three factors of production (also sometimes called the three producer goods) along with capital, and labor. Natural resources are fundamental to the production of all goods, including capital goods.

4)  Resources can be classified on different bases; into following types: On the basis of origin: Biotic and Abiotic. On the basis of exhaustibility: Renewable and Non-renewable. On the basis of ownership: Individual, community, national and international. On the basis of status of development: Potential, Developed, Stock and Reserves.

5)    Laterite soil layer that is rich in iron oxide and derived from a wide variety of rocks weathering under strongly oxidizing and leaching conditions. It forms in tropical and subtropical regions where the climate is humid.
