Let, the other point be (x, y)

By the given condition, (6, -4) is the mid point of a segment joining the points (x, y) and (13, -2)

Then,

 \frac{x + 13}{2}  = 6 \\  \\  \implies x + 13 = 12 \\  \\  \implies x = 12 - 13 =  - 1

and

 \frac{y + ( - 2)}{2}  =  - 4 \\  \\  \implies y  - 2  =  - 8 \\  \\  \implies y =  - 8 + 2 =  - 6

Thus, the other point is (- 1, - 6)

Therefore, option (C) is correct.
