option c is correct. Because this is one of the step to construct parallel lines using compass. Now you have to join points B & E. Making point B as centre using a compass draw two arcs which cut BE. Now keeping the point of compass on each of the arcs which cut BE, draw arcs side to BE from both points. Now thes two arcs draw will meet at left and right of BE. Join point B and the points of intersection of these points. You will get the parallel lines.
