Given:-

x= \frac{-3}{7}

y= \frac{20}{21}

\rule{200}{1}

To Prove:-

Whether x+y=y+x?

\rule{200}{1}

Proof:-

•Property↓•

→x+y=y+x

•Putting the Values•

 \frac{-3}{7} + \frac{20}{21} = \frac{20}{21} + \frac{-3}{7}

•Taking LCM•

 \frac{-3×3}{7×3} + \frac{20}{21} = \frac{20}{21} + \frac{-3×3}{7×3}

 \frac{-9}{21} + \frac{20}{21} = \frac{20}{21} + \frac{-9}{21}

 \frac{11}{21} = \frac{11}{21}

LHS=RHS

•Hence Proved•

\rule{200}{2}
