I did not understand your exam schedule but then you can try waking up about 8 pm in the morning and then just make your timetable like what you wanna do at the particular time of the day. for e.g.:-

8:30 pm - 9:30 pm -----> Study

9:30 pm - 9:40 pm -----> Break

and so onn...
