See according to the rule of BODMAS. Hope U know the meaning of BODMAS. If not let me explain U.

See BODMAS is an arithmetic expression that involves multiple operations.

Let's see what each stand for.

B: Brackets.

O: Of. (of is nothing but if we want to do Multiplication before division of is used.)

D: Division.

M: Multiplication.

A: Addition.

S: Subtraction.

So lets solve now.

Seeing there is no bracket, and of.

Seeing that division is there so lets solve that first.

4/6 i.e., 0.6

so it will be 166+0.6-89

Next looking on multiplication there is no multiplication but there is addition so lets solve.

166+0.6(we got it after solving the division operation) = 166.6

So it will be 166.6-89.

So lets solve the last part i.e.,

166.6-89 = 77.6

Therefore, 166+4/6-89 =77.6.

Hope it's helpful...

Thank You..
