Ghee is  instance of a category of colloids known as emulsions. An emulsion is a colloidal dispersion of a liquid in both a liquid or a strong. A strong emulsion calls for an emulsifying agent to be present. Ghee is an instance of liquid in strong emulsion.  

Colloids are heterogeneous combinations wherein the particle length is simply too small to be visible with the bare eye, however massive sufficient to scatter light.  Ex: Milk, cheese, Ghee etc. Ghee is a nonpolar substance so it may not be miscible in water. Curd and blood are colloids, so their debris gets dispersed while introduced to water, and the answer will become dilute.
