So, the earning for x hours ( say y ) = x × the earning for 1 hours

⇒ y = 7.50x

Graphing : If x = 0,

y = 0

If x = 1, y = 7.50,

if x = 2, y = 7.50 × 2 = 15,

if x = 3, y = 7.50 × 3 = 22.5,

Graph the line passing through (0, 0), (1, 7.50), (2, 15) and (3, 22.5).

Note : number of hours can not be negative i.e. x ≥ 0.
