As very small children, they look up to either their mothers or fathers and follow what they do. So, in that case, they may play as if they are cooking or generally taking care of the household things just like boys play with cars. But other than that, we cannot say that girls are quiet and they play nurse.
These are qualities which vary from individual to individual and this has nothing to do with gender. It has more to do with the surroundings one grows up in. These days girls play the same games as boys do and are more tech-savvy. So, the statement ‘girls are quiet and play nurse’ is unacceptable.
