1. .when we are sitting in bus and suddenly bus starts, then we fall back because of inertia of rest our puuer body try to maintain its position and hence move back
2. when we beat the mattress the dust falls down because the mattress comes in motion and dust particles try to keep in rest again inertia of rest Is used
3. when we are moving in bus or car and suddenly it stops we fell infront because when the bus is moving our body is also movis with the influence of bus and comes in motion , when it stops our body try to maintain it motion here inertia of motion is used
