EXAMPLE OF EACH ARE GIVEN BELOW :-

1>Objects that possess Kinetic energy
    Plane has large kinetic energy in air bcoz of large mass and fast velocity , 
    A ball have high 
kinetic energy in air bcoz of fast velocity .

2>Objects that possess Potential Energy 
    When the thread is streched of a bow it has high P.E
    When a coiled spreing is streched then it have high P.E

3>
Noble gases
    Krypton
    Xenon

4>
Metals
    Sodium
    Magnisium

5>Non-metals 
    Carbon
    NItrogen

1.) A moving car as it has both mass and velocity.
2.) A person throwing a ball then the ball possess kinetic energy.

(b)Objects that possess potential energy:
1.) Stretching of rubber band .
2.) A yoyo before released
