if u are pushing a wall the work done is 0 amd if coolie is carrying a load then also the work done is 0 this is because work done =force× displacement and if there is force say 10N but displacement is not there say 0 so the work done becomes 0 ultimately

When is work said to be done ?
=> Work is said to be done when a body is displaced on the application of a force.

Conditions for the work done to be zero =>
1. Displacement is Zero
2. Displacement is normal to the direction of Force

For Example -:

1) A coolie carrying a load in his head does no work because the angle between the weight of load and the displacement produced becomes 90°.

2) When a body performs circular motion, then the work done is 0 because the displacement of the body is zero.
