1) Bacteria :

They do not have a well defined nucleus. Means they lack nuclear membrane and several membrane bound organelles. So, it doesn’t have a proper cell organization.

2) Virus :

They aren’t even a cell.
Virus is just a protein bound genetic material. It lacks everything to be called as a cell.
Infact, scientists haven’t yet figured out whether it’s a living or non-living.
It behaves like a non-living when it’s outside the body. But, it suddenly starts multiplying when it is inside the body.
