1. Nuclear reaction:- Atom nucleus gets changed
Chemical change :- only rearrangement of electrons gets take place.
2. Nuclear reaction :- It can be termed as fission or fusion.
Chemical reaction :- It cannot be termed as like that.

Nuclear change:: it involves change at nuclear level and produce new elements.it involves changes in the atoms/ nuclei.it has high power charge.
Chemical change:: it only generates new substances not the new elements.it has a low power charge.it doesn't involve change in atom/nuclei.
