Explanation: there are some activities which require a lot amount of oxygen like running, dancing , sprinting , swimming , cycling, brisk waling , jogging , playing football , badminton , basketball , flying disks etc also called as aerobic activities.
and some of the activities include muscle strength like gymnastics, weight lifting , wrestling, etc
some activities are good for internal body health like yoga pranayam etc.
