Ohmic resistors are the resistors which obey ohms law.
Non ohmic resistors are those which do not obey ohms law.

in ohmic resistors current is directly proportional to voltage.
in non ohmic resistors there is no linear relationship.

we get a straight line graph on plotting the values of current and voltage in ohmic resistors.
we don't get a linear graph in case of non ohmic resistors

examples of ohmic resistors are carbon and metals.
Examples of non ohmic resistors are semiconductors.

Difference between Ohmic & Non-Ohmic conductors are:
i) Ohmic conductors obey Ohm's law whereas Non-ohmic conductor do not.

ii) The reversal of current (I)/ voltage (V) has no change on the magnitude of current; whereas its the vice-versa in non-Ohmic conductors.

iii) In Ohmic resistors, current is proportional to voltage whereas this is not the case with non Ohmic resistors.

iv) Temperature play an important role in affecting the value of current and resistance whereas in non Ohmic resistors, temperature has no such significance.

v) Resistance is static on ohmic resistor; whereas resistance is dynamic in non-ohmic resisitors.
