1) Noun Clause :the class that performs the function of a noun in a sentence is called the noun clause

for example - Juhi wondered if Jain would come to a party .

2) Adjective Clause : the closest that act as adjectives the modifier describe the nouns , these are adjective clause

for example - The car that you purchased needs a fresh coat of paint .

2) The book that is on the chair belongs to Marvin.

3) I do not like people who are mean to animals. (gives more information about people)

noun clause-

1. Please tell me who left his shoes on the floor. (direct object)

2. Whoever is the last one to leave turns off the lights. (subject)
