1. Wake up early in the morning and practice meditation with erect posture and eyes closed...in this way you will be able to calm ur mind

2. Always think before you act

3. To minimize the tendency of bad behaviour or to improve behavior to need to know your enemies lust,anger ,greed .......

Before becoming angry think that the matter is too useless it does not have the capacity to break your peace

4. Keep good association and eat clean and light food(food affects mood)

5. Don't give importance to ego or emotion while action.Think practically and feel the situation to act.

Give importance to others opinion ,keep your cool,stop criticism and see things change
