How to Handle Stress?
Good morning to one and all present here.
Stress is one of barriers which distract people from their own real and happy life. It is one of the problems faced by most peoples. Stress comes only when there is discontent or disagreement with life. Stress is not an outside wound which will get healed, it is an inside monster which grows in mind.
Stress can be handled in many ways. Some of them are :
If you are in a noisy place, move into a slient space.
Sit or lie down with comfort in body, or if you find one then talk with somebody,
in calm and softness, so that the person next to you can understand your stressfulness.
Take some healthy food or do some excercise,
so that you can find yourself fit and fine to rise.
Do the things which you feel like good,
and soon you'll find yourself in an active mood.
These were some ways to reduce stress,
so that you can find youself in activeness.

Respected principal sir , the national builders that are our teachers and the future of our country the shining stars present here. Today I , Aksha (Your Name) a student of Class - 9 th "A" standing before you all to deliver my views on the topic how to handle stress.
So it's a request to all of you that please listen carefully.
Stress !! What is stress ?
It is a feeling that is natural , which comes to us when we do a lot of work. And working is very necessary for all of us. Because it is necessary for economy. And economy is necessary for our survival. So stress is also there. We can't say no to stress but we can reduce it or control it . This control is in our hands.
There are many problems which can be created in yourself because of stress. The most dangerous is uncontrollable anger. It also leads to depression. And stress also leads to upsetness.
So if you want to control stress. You must have to increase your potential. If potential will increased then stress will reduced automatically.
Secondly you can hear music too. Because in a study it is found that music can heal every pain. So it implies here too.
Third one , when you feel stressed try to engage yourself in those activities which make you happy. You can approach comedy shows too.
