Let the digits be x and y

Hence the number is = 10x+y

reversed number = 10y+x

By conditions,

$x + y = 10 \\ 12x + 12y = 120 - - - > (1) \\ \\ 10x + y + \frac{10y + x}{2} = 96 \\ 20x + 2y + 10y + x = 96 \times 2 \\ 21x + 12y = 192 - - - > (2) \\ \\ (2) - (1) = > 21x - 12x = 192 - 120 \\ 9x = 72 \\ x = 8 \\ \\ x + y = 10 \\ y = 10 - x = 10 - 8 = 2$

Therefore the number is = 10x+y

= 80 + 2 = 82
