But if you mean that
a soluble salt of lead form an insoluble base by double decomposition neutralisation
so your answer is
- PBO+HNO3-------->PB(NO3)2+H2O
Note--> PBO is insoluble base and HNO3 is an acid...... PB(NO3)2.....since, due to this reaction only salt and water is formed so this is a neutralisation reaction.
