A brief account of Counter current system :
(a)The counter current system is the main adaptation for the conservation of water.
It is formed by two limbs of Henle’s loop and vasa recta.
(c) The blood flows in opposite directions in two limbs.
(d) The filtrate entering descending limbs flows close to the ascending limb.
