Narasimharaopalem and Palampur are the most developed villages in India whereby maximum population is literate. Palampur village has labour who are hard-working and work systematically.  Agriculture is the main occupation in Palampur and they are also dependent on it in main Kharif and Rabi seasons. 75% of the people of Palampur are involved in farming, as farmers or farm labourers. They work and survive on wages also.
