Dr Rajendar Prasad is the first President of india. He is also an political leader,and lawyer.He was born on 3, December, 1884. He died on 28th, February ,1963.

Dr. Rajendra Prasad was a freedom fighter, social and political activist, teacher, lawyer who served as the first president of independent India and was re-elected for consecutive 2 times tenure. Rajendra Prasad was a very close aide to Gandhiji and he also participated in all the movements which were started by Gandhiji right from Champaran Satyagraha to non-co-operation movement and as well as in quit India movement of 1942.
Rajendra Prasad was a successful teacher as well as a lawyer; he started his career as a professor in Muzaffarpur and then changed to become a lawyer in Calcutta high court.
