Ain-i-Akbari is a book written by Abul Fazal, the court poet of Emperor Akbar. It contains the description about Akbar's reign, his administrative matters, area annexed, etc. it mainly gives us a idea of the Mughal period. It is very important for studying the civilization of Mughal period. It is written in Persian language.
