Answer:

Sublimation is a chemical process where a solid turns into a gas without going through a liquid stage. An example of sublimiation is when ice cubes shrink in the freezer.

ex--Snow and ice can sublime in the winter months without melting.

Dry ice" or solid carbon dioxide sublimes..

Vacuum distillation is distillation performed under reduced pressure, which allows the purification of compounds not readily distilled at ambient pressures or simply to save time or energy. This technique separates compounds based on differences in boiling points..

.

Differential extraction (also known as differential lysis) refers to the process by which the DNA from two different types of cells can be extracted without mixing their contents..

I hope this will help u.

(1) Sublimation → It is the process of directly converting to gas state of solid without changing into liquid.

Sublimation is a technique used by chemists to purify compounds. A solid is typically placed in a sublimation apparatus and heated under vacuum. Under this reduced pressure, the solid volatilizes and condenses as a purified compound on a cooled surface (cold fingeial Extractionr), leaving a non-volatile residue of impurities behind.

2.Vacuum distillation → It is the distillation performed under reduced pressure, which allows the purification of compounds not readily distilled at ambient pressures or simply to save time or energy. This technique separates compounds based on differences in boiling points.

Our state of the art vacuum distillation technology is based on the simple principle of separation of materials due to boiling point deviations. All substances having higher boiling points than water stay in the evaporation residue.

3.Differential Extraction →Differential extraction is also known as differential lysis. It refers to the process by which the DNA from two different types of cells can be extracted without mixing their contents.

During differential extraction, the epithelial cells are first selectively lysed through the addition of SDS and proteinase K. Sperm cells are generally resistant to lysis by these chemicals. Once the epithelial cells have been lysed, centrifugation is used to selectively pellet any intact sperm cells.
